This portal is to be used to apply for Utilization of Foundation Funds by an operating unit which meets the criteria for a particular Foundation Fund. Please sign in to start your application.

DO NOT USE if you are applying for education-related funding. Please go to http://inovanet.net.inova.org/use and the Education tab.

ATTENTION: The Foundation portal will be temporarily unavailable as we migrate to a new system. Use of funds requests and professional development applications will be paused from end-of-day 03/11/2025 through 03/17/2026. Portal access and application submissions will resume on 03/18/2026 through the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit new applications.
